Last week we delivered several set cutting drying high G shale shaker to offshore drilling platform. It different with normal shaker. This high G shaker was used to treat drilling cutting. The vibration G force can more than 8 G. Through the shaker treatment , we can recycle partial drilling mud and dryer cutting to convenient transporation. It is helpful to reduce transport cost and for the further process. As we all know drilling mud is high solution ,even the drying drilling cutting to be treatment by profession device to reduce pollution.
From the photos we can see, this high G shaker equipped a vacuum device. It connect with a liquid catch hopper installed under the shaker screen. The vacuum device can generate negative pressure. When drilling mud pass this area, the negative pressure will suck liquid out drilling cutting and dryer it. This special equipment is very popular, and it has been used in many drilling job site. Currently GN can provide two models cutting dryer shaker. One is installed 4 pcs shaker screen ,and the other is equipped 3 GN shaker screen. They have similar capacity ,which can recovery 2000L mud per day.

Solids control of oil gas industry is just one branch of solids liquid separation. Although is famous with its solids control equipment in the global market, but GN also provide equipment for other industry ,such as waste water treatment from municipal project, such as slurry from HDD, TBM. The most featured product of GN is shale shaker. According to the treating capacity and different application, GN has 2 panel ,3 panels, 4 panels and double deck shale shaker.
Shale shaker is the primary separation equipment in waste water treatment. though the vibration, shale shaker can generate 7-8 G force, The solids smaller then screen opening size will go through it and down to bottom tank, certainly the water will also through the screen and be collected together with fine solids. The bigger size particle will be separated out and discharged out the shaker. Considering the treating capacity, most shale shaker consider to use the screen that mesh smaller than 270. Since the higher mesh will reduce the treating capacity, because the higher mesh meander the smaller opening size, even the water is harder to go through.
To get more clean water, we can mount hydrocyclone on shale shaker. 10 inch diameter hydrocyclone and 4 inch hydrocyclone. We call the combination unit as mud cleaner. The liquid discharged from shaker will be pumped into 4 inch hydrocyclone ,the flow under the high speed will generate separation force, the solids bigger than 40 um will be separated out. And we can get the clean water. From this photo we can see, there is also equipped a 10 inch hydrocyclone ,actually the sludge will feed into 10 inch hydrocyclone as the first step separation , and then shale shaker, finally 4 inch hydrocyclone. We designed the bottom tank as buffer to collect liquid from shaker. This is a customized design.

As long as there are more environment protection laws issued in different country. All global company are upgrading their device to reduce the consumption of resource and also the output of pollution. Water consumption and waste water treat is the most gravely problem for all people from different industries. Our Australia client also faced the same issue. They are a construction company, most of their project need large water and also lots wasted water need to be treatment for reuse or discharge after reach emission standard. To construction company, the wasted water always mixed with kinds solids, if we can clarify them, we can reuse it.
Last week we shipped one set solids liquid separation equipment to Australia, as we all know Australia has the most strict law rule about waste treatment. This system is main used to process the waste water from construction, which mixed with vary size particle. From the picture we can see the main equipment was loaded in sea container. Due to client frequently change the job site , the container package is convenient for customer to transport them between different place. Aim to the big treating capacity requirement and complex solids content. We add the liner mining vibration screen. As usually, this shaker was used in mining industry to dewatering mining slurry, big capacity and anti-wear. Sludge can be directly feed into this mining shaker to remove out particle bigger than 1mm. after that, liquid will be pumped into GN liner shale shaker to remove out solids bigger than 100um. It is the featured shaker of GN, we exported more than 200 units to different country all over the world, and it get the good reputation from the market. After the treatment by both shaker, it will be feed into hydrocyclone and Decanter centrifuge to remove out the fine solids. After the whole treatment program, we can get the clean water for reuse in construction project or directly discharge.

Last week, we delivered one hydraulic drive centrifuge and one unit vacuum pump to African customer. Hydraulic drive is getting more and more popular since it has higher drive efficiency , although the price is higher much than traditional centrifuge such as fixed speed and VFS control. Based on client demanded, GN can provide all these 3 types centrifuge ,VFD, fixed speed and also hydraulic drive. According to treating capacity and centrifuge bowl diameter, GN has 9inch, 14 inch, 18inch, 22inch, and 30inch centrifuge for different application . Such as the 9inch centrifuge most be used on mining industry, and 30 inch centrifuge was applicant on waste water treatment since it require huge treating capacity.
There are also one solids vacuum pump to transfer discharged solids from centrifuge. Solids vacuum pump is developed by GN and main used to transfer high solids content sludge or dry material such as sand. Different with normal pump, which is drive by high pressure air not electric. Through venturi principle, the high speed air flow abstract the inside air of the pump body and generate a vacuum space to suck the solids into pump tank. After pump body full of material, high pressure will inlet pump body and push material to discharge out. This discharge distance of pump can reach 1000 meters. It is the only pump for solids material transfer.

last week, we shipped 3 units 1500GPM mud cleaner to China drilling company. As one of the top supplier of solids control equipment, We built long term cooperation with many China top oil gas company such as CNPC, Sinopec. Solids control equipment is our main business, we have more than 15 years manufacture experience. Shale shaker and mud clean are the most feature products for GN.The mud cleaner we delivered last week , which is the GNLW-594F2S12N model. The bottom shaker use the same size screen with Mongoose. 4 pieces for 1 set. Except this, it also mounted 12 pieces 4inch hydrocyclone and 2 pieces 10 inch hydrocyclone. 10 inch hydrocyclone was used to separate out the particle size higher than 40 micron. and then the slurry will down on the bottom shaker, and then go through shaker screen ,drop into a mud tank. The collected liquid will be pumped to 4 inch hydrocyclone and remove out the solids bigger than 40 micron. In most drilling project, the mud is clean enough for reuse after treatment by 4 inch hydrocyclone. However, if client require more clean mud, we also can provide Decanter centrifuge for the last step treatment.
All these design of shale shaker considered the heavy work duty. The stronger vibration beam, and shaker box. Especially the shaker screen, we use the special material to cover the metal frame. It is not only comply with API RP13C standard ,but also have longer lifetime than normal screen.
