Different with normal pump, it is driven by high pressure air, which can transfer not only liquid but also the high solids content material. Such as the drilling cutting ,oil sludge, sand etc. This solids pump has long transfer distance, which can almost reach 1000 meters. But the suction height is less than 12 meters when the material is water. Because is utilize the vacuum to generate the suck force, so the suck force will less than than atmospheric pressure, which lead the pump is not good at suction. But the discharge height can reach 20 meters.

GNLW363 Decanter centrifuge is especially suitable to drilling mud treatment. it's centrifuge bowl diameter is 360mm with 1080 length. The design capacity is 45 cube meter per hour, and the actual is 30 cube meter. This treating capacity can satisfied most drilling project. As we all know, the Decanter centrifuge is used to separate the liquid after mud cleaner to remove out the particle size smaller than 20um. So sometimes, it would be run when the mud contain too much tiny solids. The 30 cube meter per hour is most economic model for client. Africa is one of the biggest market to GN, we have lots old customer there. Every year, they purchase many solids control equipment for their drilling project. Last week we delivered 1 set vertical cutting dryer to Africa, and have a online train meeting to show client how to operate this machine. Due to covid-19 ,there is no way to arrange our engineer to job site for the after sale service and training. But GN equipment is featured that easily operate, so the online training is enough. Drilling mud is expensive material with high pollution, it is very necessary to recycle the mud and reduce the pollution. In the oil base drill cutting , there are also involved lots of drilling mud can be recycled. Vertical cutting dryer is specially applicant for oil base cutting treatment. The cutting dryer speed is between 900-1200 rpm. The drilling mud will go through the opening of basket, and the solids will be discharged from bottom of cutting dryer. After treatment , the oil content of discharged solids will less than 3%, which is enough dry and convent to transportation or for further treatment. The recycle liquid will involved about 5% solids, it can be feed into Decanter centrifuge to clarify.

Decanter centrifuge as our feature product, we have accumulated for more than 13 years experience,not only in the manufacture but also develop and improve the design. Till now GN has 5 series decanter centrifuge according to treating capacity. The smallest treating capacity is 3 Cube meter per hour ,and the biggest treating capacity is 120 cube meter per hour. If classify by application, GN decanter can be sorted into clarify decanter for liquid clean, dryer centrifuge to dewater the solids.

This week we received customer inquiry the decanter centrifuge for manure treatment. The sludge is from biogas digester. Client want to separate this material, get dry solids and recycle water. The discharge solids can be used as fertilizer. In client project, the treating capacity is only 110 GPM, and the solids content is less than 5%. As client idea, he want to use decanter centrifuge first to remove our most of solids. And then feed the discharged water into disc centrifuge. We can provide both the model machine. But after discuss with client, we suggest to only use decanter centrifuge.

GNLW363 decanter centrifuge treating capacity is 30 cube meter per hour, which is totally satisfied client requirement to the treating capacity. After treatment, the discharged solids is dryer enough and no water even press it. Which can be directly used for fertilize. The discharged liquid will still include some solids less than 0.5% . In most country, this water can be directly discharged. But if you want get the water as much clear much better. The disc centrifuge for further separation is necessary. Disc centrifuge speed can reach 8000 rpm and generate bigger than 1000 G force. The different density material will well separated under this huge G force. In the discharged water, the solids content is between 1000-2000 PPM.
