GN Solids Control has been manufacturing decanter centrifuges for many years. GN 9 inch centrifuge as one of the smallest rotating bowls centrifuge, it is widely used in diamond drilling, mining slurry treating area and lab scale slurry treating etc.
Before GN Solids Control only provides one model 9 inch centrifuge that are mainly suit for small volume treating such as diamond slurry treating. Now GN Solids Control is happy to announce that GN 9 inch centrifuge also has 3 different models:
1.GN P Series
GN P series decanter centrifuge is also called GN dewatering centrifuge. The beach angel is designed at 11 degree. It’s mainly designed to use in the following area: drilling mud, oily sludge, sand washing etc.
2.GN Y Series
GN Y series decanter centrifuge is called GN Separation centrifuge. Beach angle is 15 degree. GN Y centrifuge can be perform well in chemical slurry, fruit juice, milk treat.
3.GN C Series
GN C series decanter centrifuge is called GN Clarifying centrifuge. Beach angle is 20 degree. It is suitable for protein, beverage, edible oil etc.
All the above centrifuges are driven by 2 main motors, better than the former version with only one driven motor. Centrifuge rotating bowl length also increased in order to have a higher treating demand.
GN 9 inch centrifuge also has 2 control mode: one is fix speed control and the other is VFD control. Not the sames as those big bowl centrifuge, now GN Solids Control mainly provided 9 inch centrifuge with the VFD control box without HMI, which is optional.
In order to protect the centrifuge well, GN Solids Control also provides temperate sensors and vibration switch to monitor the 2 main bearings’ temperature and abnormal vibration of the rotating bowl assembly.

GN Solids Control just exhibited several vacuum pumps in CIPPE show, and in the coming Houston OTC show, GN Solids Control will also exhibit a vacuum pump.
GN made vacuum pump is mainly used to transfer oil sludge which has high solids content as well as large viscosity.
GN Solids Control manufactures 3 different models vacuum pumps, include 10 m3/h, 20 m3/h and 40 m3/h. GN Solids Control manufactures different types of feeding pumps, such as screw pump, centrifugal pump, submersible pump. Most GN pumps are electrical driven or hydraulic driven, while for the vacuum pump it’s air driven. Need to use an air compressor to provide constant air, different models need different air feeding flow rate.
GN vacuum pump can work continuously, 2 control methods: manual control or automatic control. The 10 m3/h and 20 m3/h vacuum pump are both fixed with wheels for convenient move, and the 40 m3/h vacuum pump is fixed and strengthened by a frame which can be moved by forklift. The max. Size particles can be transferred by vacuum pump is 75 mm with the solids content of 80%.
GN vacuum pump suck and discharge every other seconds, in order to work continuously, several different vacuum pumps can be matched together to work as a whole unit. Last year, GN Solids Control provided 2 sets whole systems that working an offshore drilling rig sites. Each set has 4 sets vacuum pumps and all put in one 40FT size container.
Based on the transferred material or slurry, GN Solids Control provides different pump materials, such as the contact fact of the inlet and outlet as well as the air valve are optional for SS 316, and the whole pump shell can be also made by SS 316.

Today, we would also like to give a story of GN Solids Control version of Green Book.
It’s well known that North America especially USA has many long history solids control and waste management equipment manufacturers. GN Solids Control opened GN Solids America LLC in 2013, compared to those decades manufacturers GN Solids America indeed is a baby company.
Many drilling contractors before they only use USA made or European made solids control equipment in their oil & gas drilling rigs. From the bottom heart, some contractors or some companies they thought only USA made equipment can work successfully to get a clean drilling mud. And also China made stuff is cheap without good quality.
But the thing is China is also has many advanced technologies, we are not talking to use cutting edge knowledge to make satellites or rockets, we are using talking about thousands of hard working and creative Chinese equipment manufacturers. Among them, GN Solids Control is definitely the top one that provide solids control equipment includes shaker screens.
Shaker screens are just wearable parts, they play a vita important role to separate different size particles from the drilling mud. GN Solids Control is only devoted to provide the most cost-effective products. We knew some customers highly doubt that GN shaker screens can did a good job, so we always suggest customers to run a parallel testing by using OEM screens and GN screens. We are not talking in 100% situation, at least in 90% situation, GN Solids Control shaker screens did last longer than OEM screens but with a much more competitive price.

CIPPE 2019 just ended on Mar. 29th. GN Solids Control got great success, thousands of oil and gas professionals and visitors came to GN booth. GN Solids Control would like to give our sincere thanks for all visitors. We are looking forward to have a further and deeper conversation with some customers in GN manufacturing plant shortly.
This year, GN Solids Control exhibited one whole Oil Sludge Treating System. Many visitors came to check this oil sludge treating system and showed great interests. GN Oil Sludge Treating system can be used to treat oil sludge from drilling rig site, sludge from refinery plant as well as oil tank bottom sludge.
The smallest GN oil sludge treating system was exhibited in this show. Treating flow rate is 1~2 m3/h. GN also provides 5m3/h and 15m3/h treating system. After treated by GN oil sludge treating system, oil on the final cuttings is less than 5%. Most of the oil can be recovered, water in the final oil is just around 2~3 percent after treated by GN 3 phase disc-centrifuge. For further treating, those oil cuttings can be treated by TDU or bio-chemical method.
Besides GN oil sludge treating system, GN Solids Control also exhibited vacuum pump which also draws great attention. GN vacuum pump is an air driven transfer pump. Large density or viscosity oil sludge can be transfer by GN vacuum pump. GN Solids Control provides 3 different models, which include 40m3/h, 20m3/h and 10m3/h.
Every year, GN Solids Control is trying to provide the most advanced technology to all solids control and waste management systems or equipment. GN Solids Control also exhibited shale shaker, decanter centrifuge, cuttings dryers and screw conveyors as well as centrifugal pumps.
