Drilling mud is expensive material with high pollution, it is very necessary to recycle the mud and reduce the pollution. In the oil base drill cutting , there are also involved lots of drilling mud can be recycled. Vertical cutting dryer is specially applicant for oil base cutting treatment. The cutting dryer speed is between 900-1200 rpm. The drilling mud will go through the opening of basket, and the solids will be discharged from bottom of cutting dryer. After treatment , the oil content of discharged solids will less than 3%, which is enough dry and convent to transportation or for further treatment. The recycle liquid will involved about 5% solids, it can be feed into Decanter centrifuge to clarify.

This week we received customer inquiry the decanter centrifuge for manure treatment. The sludge is from biogas digester. Client want to separate this material, get dry solids and recycle water. The discharge solids can be used as fertilizer. In client project, the treating capacity is only 110 GPM, and the solids content is less than 5%. As client idea, he want to use decanter centrifuge first to remove our most of solids. And then feed the discharged water into disc centrifuge. We can provide both the model machine. But after discuss with client, we suggest to only use decanter centrifuge.

GNLW363 decanter centrifuge treating capacity is 30 cube meter per hour, which is totally satisfied client requirement to the treating capacity. After treatment, the discharged solids is dryer enough and no water even press it. Which can be directly used for fertilize. The discharged liquid will still include some solids less than 0.5% . In most country, this water can be directly discharged. But if you want get the water as much clear much better. The disc centrifuge for further separation is necessary. Disc centrifuge speed can reach 8000 rpm and generate bigger than 1000 G force. The different density material will well separated under this huge G force. In the discharged water, the solids content is between 1000-2000 PPM.

In this coal mining, client use water to flush mineral ,and large cola slurry accumulate in the pit. Which is one kind pollution and also waste to source. In this system, we also provide screw conveyor. It will catch the discharged coal from Decanter, and transfer it to pointed place. Both the Decanter and screw conveyor are automatic, continuous working for 7x24 design. In this coal slurry, most solids are tiny size coal power. But in some other mining such as iron, copper, there always some big particle bigger than 2mm. When separate these slurry, pre-treatment is very necessary to remove out these big size particle. So we will add one shale shaker in the system for pre-treatment before feeding into Decanter centrifuge.
