Last week we shipped out lots set Decanter centrifuge to Africa for oil gas industry , they will be used for drilling mud treatment. From the picture we can know there are lots Decanter centrifuge with feed pump. In normal drilling project, most time 2 sets GN 14 inch Decanter centrifuge is enough. Because in solids control system , the shale shaker and mud cleaner can remove out most of the solids involved in drilling mud. However, as long as the drilling mud was recycled time by time, it will accumulated much tiny particle,  shale shaker and mud cleaner can not treat these tiny particle. For this situation, we need to start our Decanter centrifuge to remove out these tiny particle. As usually, one 14 inch centrifuge for using and one other unit stand by. For some specially drilling project with large mud consumption, we recommend the 18inch decanter even bigger one 22 inch.

Decanter centrifuge is one kind separation machine with high rotating speed, which require high machining accuracy. each centrifuge before shipped out from GN factory. We need to make the balance test for more than 3 times. And 4 hours running test after completed the assembly. For abroad project, the Decanter centrifuge need about 90-100 days for manufacture and shipping.
