This modular mud station is engineered for fast‑track field deployment, flexible site layout and reliable long‑term operation for on‑site drilling fluid preparation, storage and circulation. The whole plant is built in strict compliance with global industrial standards to meet demanding field operation requirements.

The 14000BBL quick‑move mud plant consists of multiple 40‑foot high‑cube container‑style tanks. Each single tank unit delivers a working volume of 440BBL. All tank structures follow API‑650 design standard for welded steel tanks for petroleum storage, guaranteeing structural safety, pressure resistance and corrosion performance under various site conditions. Every container unit has obtained valid CSC container certification, which greatly simplifies cross‑ocean shipping, container transport and on‑site relocation procedures for end‑users.
