Last week we delivered one set solids control equipment to Africa customer, which include two units shale shaker, one unit mud cleaner and also one unit decanter centrifuge. Actually client also need some mud tank for this system ,but we suggest client to made tank in their local, GN will provide all design drawing of tank, that will help client to save money. Because the tank shipping cost will be very expensive. GN equipment was very popular in Africa market, compare with other solids control supplier. In this order, these equipment are used for one 1500HP rig system, 1500 rig system usually can drilling 1500~2000 meters well, the treating capacity is not very big. So client only buy one unit GN 14 inch Decanter centrifuge. It will be used to remove the tiny particle when the drill mud was recycled many times and accumulated much tiny particle that the shale shaker and mud cleaner can not remove them out , this time we need to start Decanter centrifuge to separate out these tiny particle through the high separation G force.
