As we all know drilling mud is the most important middle material for petroleum well drilling ,which can balance the pressure of inside and outside of well, also carry out drilling mud from the bottom of drilling well. Last week, we just shipped one big mud plant with 35000bbl to a international drilling fluids service company.

The mud station includes 65 huge mud tanks, and also shale shaker ,mud mud mixer, decanter centrifuge for the whole system. This is a big and integrated mud system. All this system was designed by GN, that is not east to find out one company to manufacture all things with good quality. In the first stage ,client only placed order for 13 tanks, after they receiving the equipment and testing it, they decided to place the huge order to GN. 4 months to finish all 65huge tanks is not easy ,GN has the ability to finish it in their promised manufacture time, and also guarantee the good quality. We faced huge challenge in this project, even the last shipping stage, 65 huge tanks need to be shipped to the sea port to catch the ship in 5 days. However, we finished this job.
