As one of the most used feeding pumps, GN Vacuum Pumps are largely used to transfer high density and large viscosity sludge/slurry. Any sludge that contains solids less than 80% and particles smaller than 75mm can be transferred by GN vacuum pump Transfer distance up to 1000m.
From the beginning of this year, GN Solids Control has provided hundreds sets of vacuum pump for global customers. Today we would like to share one story of 8 sets GN vacuum pumps for one UAE customer.
This UAE customer is one of the largest local drilling service companies. Before they are using excavator to take out those sludge and feed into a screw conveyor with hopper. You can imagine that the working efficiency is pretty low and you also need more than 2 workers. After they tested GN Vacuum pump in one rig site, they were impressed by the highly working efficiency and feeding performance. Even large stones can be transferred by using a GN vacuum pump.
After the successful testing, GN Solids Control soon received another 8 sets vacuum pumps order from this UAE customer. Now GN Solids Control provides 3 models: 10m3/h, 20m3/h and 40m3/h. Different models are using different air feeding volume, such as the 10m3/h vacuum pump needs to have the air demand of 150CFM, air pressure is 80-100PSI.
