GN decanter centrifuges are usually feed by screw pump (also called positive displacement pump), sometimes submersible pump is also used. Solids discharged by decanter centrifuge will be transferred by screw conveyors.
1) If GNSC cannot deliver a matched variable speed motor WITHOUT the electronic drive and control system to meet customer delivery schedule, will the GNG30-75 still deliver as shown in the brochure complete with the skid, pump and reduction gearbox? It can be shipped with skid reduction gearbox but it takes 45 Days for manufacturing. Anyway, we have GNG40-11 Available in stock without IEC-Ex Motors. This pump can be used but you'll need to bypass some fluids from the Centrifuge T tube.

2) What is the price on the GNSB4X3-10J with a fixed speed 60Hz, USA voltage, ICE-Ex (d)(e)(i)(nA) motor ?
3) What is the price and EARLIEST deliverable date for four (4) standard GNJBQ5.5 ? Can you supply motors conforming to 60Hz, USA voltage, ICE-Ex (d)(e)(i)(nA) capable of variable speeds WITHOUT the electronic drive and control system ? THese will be single impeller shafts. 45 Days!
4) What is the price of the GNSC14-24 complete with a VFD capable motor, conforming to 60Hz, USA standard voltages, ICE-Ex (d)(e)(i)(nA) WITHOUT the electronic drive and control system ? Sorry, we'll not market this product in USA at this moment, because we want to keep minimum stock for our Major equipment in USA. And give strong Support after sales.
5) For the GNLW363G centrifuges, will they be delivered with vibration isolation blocks built onto the skid ? Sure!

6) This does not affect the current rushed order but it is for my future references:
Please specify the manufacturer and model number for BOTH the standard fixed speed and variable speed motors. For the VFD models please specify the make and model of the drive and controller panel, too.
