GN Solids Control is a turnkey drilling waste management equipment manufacturer and provider. GN Solids Control has provided over thousands sets of GN Cuttings Dryer and GN Hi-G Shale shakers for Oil Base Cuttings and Water Base Cuttings Separation.
With these years’ fast development, GN Solids Control also works on designing and manufacturing some auxiliary products, such as control cabinets for our solids control and drilling waste management equipments.
Now all GN products are equipped with GN control cabinets. This February, GN Solids Control has established No. 2 factory which is mainly used for manufacturing control cabinets and composite material shaker screens. With the former experience earned in our headquarters, GN No. 2 factory is able to manufacturing the control cabinets pretty fast with good quality.
All GN control cabinets can be IEC certified and used in explosion environment. Take the decanter centrifuge control cabinet as an example, GN has fix speed and variable speed control cabinet. GN variable speed decanter centrifuge is PLC pressurized explosion proof control cabinet. IEC EX, ATEX and CNC EX control cabinets can meet the global world demands.

GN has provided many decanter centrifuges and cuttings dryers before; most of them are variable speed with GN PLC Pressurized control cabinet and working in harsh environment.

GN pressurized control cabinet is using one air compressor to provide continuous air flow into the control box, which will help to keep the inside electrical components in a non explosion proof environment and keep the inside in a cool status.
