One of the important factor is the double deck shale shker; then container frame.
The capacity should comes to 1000gpm, so we offer two double deck shaker, GNZS705, whose bottom deck used as shale shaker, upper deck used as desander under flow shaker, and desilter underflow. To save space, and make sure all the euqipment in the container frame, the first one seems like the normal desander cleaner unit, the second one seems like a desilter cleaner unit.
The tanks are designed for fast moving, and make the capacity as big as possible, container loading coners make sure it is easy to combined with the container corner frame for equipment loading.
From this system, the system have been updated, as before the frame is simply a frame, but for this one, the frame bottom share same design as the tank roof before, then it will be much easier to design a tank as its roof design have been considered in another place.
For 1000GPM HDD mud system, if finer separation is required, and in the budget, GNLW452 is a good option. Material SS304 stainless steel, all bearings FAG / SKF, screw well protected by ceramic tiles, which means it is not replace all the centrifuge when the screw is wear down.
