GN Solids Control is especially good at providing customized systems, actually as long as it’s solids and liquid separation, GN Solids Control is able to provide a cost effective solution for our customers.
In 2019, GN Solids Control has provided many sets of Automatic Tank Cleaning Systems for global customers. Today we would like to share one automatic tank cleaning system that we provided to a South American customer. We all know that most of the tank cleaning companies are hiring many workers to clean tank, but by the usage of GN automatic cleaning system, 2 workers can do the clean 5 to 6 tanks compared to 6 workers clean 2 tanks in one day.
Here are the main GN Solids Control treating system:
1.GN Suction Pump
GN suction pump is connect with a filter before sucking those mud/sludge. With the flow rate of 30 m3/h, it can clean one tank in 2 hours.
2.GN Chemical Dosing Unit
Here GN Solids provides a 2000 L chemical dosing system, with 2 sets 1000 L/H dosing pumps. It provides flocculants to inclined plate clarifier.
3.GN Inclined Plate Clarifier
GN inclined plate clarifier (also clled IPC) if fixed with many pieces of thin plate to increase the contact surface area, solids will fall to the bottom and transferred by a screw conveyor, where there is membrane pump used to transfer the solids sediment.
4.GN Buffer Tank
A 7.5 m3 buffer tank is used to provide clean water for the high pressure discharge pump.
5.GN Discharge Pump
Depend on the flushing nozzle or flush guns, GN Solids Control provides 8 bar or 15 bar customized high pressure discharge pump to suck the clean water from GN buffer tank.
6.High Flushing Gun
Flushing gun is fixed on the top of the mud tank to clean the mud tank inside automatically, gun direction can be changed based on the mud tank type.
