GN Solids Control has many experience researchers that can work on solids control and waste management for many years. GN Solids Control engineers try their best to upgrade their equipment every year based on our commission team’s feedback and also use new technology. Before most of our customers said although the shakers can separate out most of the solids from slurry, the treated solids are still too moisture and can not move by trucks directly. Now we have a better solution, GN ViST unit can solve this problem pretty well. 

GN ViST mean Vacuum Screen Technology, it working by using GN Vacuum Unit and GN Catch Pan with necessary pipes. Customer will need to provide air source to GN vacuum unit. Depends on how many shakers will be added, customers can choose to use 1~3 catch pans to equip with one Vacuum unit.

By using GN ViST unit, GN Solids Control helps customer to recover more fluids from the drilling slurry and get much dryer solids. The catch pan can be mounted under the last piece shale shaker which is inside the shaker, or can be mounted outside of the shaker which is connected with the last panel shaker. Collected fluids can be sucked from the catch pan and run into the GN vacuum unit.
Now GN Solids Control is able to provide this Vacuum unit for all GN made shakers as well as Mi-Swaco shakers and FSI shakers. For the Derrick shakers and Venom shakers, we are planning to have the catch plan in the next several months.
Besides this standard treating equipment, GN Solids Control also manufacture whole treating systems. This year, GN Solids Control has been provided many sets of Oil Sludge Treating Systems as well Hydrovac Dumps Treating System for global customers includes USA and Canada customers.
