GN Solids America LLC has big interest to negotiate with worldwide clients on the shaker screens distributors cooperation. Due to the excellent working performance and most cost effective features, GN Solids America shaker screens are getting to known by more and more clients. Now GN Solids America provides replacement shaker screens such as replacement screens for Derrick 500, Derrick 2000 series. Replacement screens for Venom, King Cobra or Mongoose can also be provided.
With more and more clients are showing great interests to work with GN Solids America LLC and want to become a distributor. GN Solids America LLC would like to introduce out stock agreement for clients who can sell shaker screens over 500 pieces every month.
Here is our one stock agreement in the following:
As discussed, GN Solids America LLC can to stock 1000 pieces in our distributors’ warehouse, this will help to save the shipping freight and deliver screens to the end users immediately.
1. GN Distributor only needs to pay 50% for those 1000 pieces shaker screens, and GN will be responsible for manufacturing those screens and ship them to GN Houston warehouse at GN cost.
2. GN Distributor will be responsible for picking up those GN 1000 pieces shaker screens from GN Houston warehouse. Screens stocking in GN Distributor warehouse can be also sold by GN, GN Distributor will deliver screens on behalf of GN without extra charge. On the other part, GN Distributor can also arrange to deliver screens from GN Houston warehouse if GN Distributor doesn't have them in GN Distributor warehouse, and GN will not charge for the delivery.
3. For resupply orders on GN shaker screens, GN Distributor needs to pay 50% down payment for manufacturing and the 50% balance will be paid before pick up from GN Houston warehouse.
